Refund Policy

  • Final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, any trading cards and products containing any trading cards.
  • There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on preorder products. These items are ordered from our suppliers as orders are placed through the website.
  • There will be a 10% fee on any returns or order cancellations, including orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We will not refund any shipping costs paid, including those we paid, after the order has been shipped.
  • Any claims related to lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
