Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing:
       - All packages will ship within 3 business days of ordering.
       - Preorder items will ship only after all items in your order are available and in stock.
  • Order Restrictions:
       - If your order contains both a live inventory item and a preorder item, the entire order will be canceled, as these cannot be processed together on the same invoice. A separate order must be placed for these items.
  • Delays:
       - Please be aware that there may be delays from manufacturers and suppliers, which can affect timely shipping.
  • Sealed Products:
       - Our sealed products are shipped factory-sealed and in their original packaging (when applicable). We are not responsible for any rips or imperfections in the packaging, or for missing or damaged components inside the factory-sealed item.
       - Sealed products are sold with the expectation that the customer will open them as intended by the manufacturers, unless noted otherwise in the listing. Please understand that damage to the outer packaging does not affect the contents inside the box.
  • International Orders:
       - For international orders using mail forwarding companies, we cannot be held responsible for the contents of your package. We do not have any traceability of the package once it is marked as delivered, and cannot confirm if any mishandling occurred while in the possession of the forwarding company or during transit to you.
  • Business Days:
       - Please order accordingly. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays.
